* Load the software TeamViewer from our website on your computer and save the
file.
* Start the software and wait until the message: "DynGate not
connected" or "DynGate are not active" will be replaced through a
number. This can take a few seconds.
* Give us now the
sixpart "ID" (Internet Connect) and the "Session-Password" too.
If you have a firewall (and active) you will get the message that
Team-Viewer is trying to connect to your PC. This message you have
to accept with
"don´t block anymore". The "TeamViewer" is now ready!
Attention!
A connection is only possible when TeamViewer and DynGate are active and when you accept the connection.
